1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all current and future products supplied by Evolution Fires Furniture Trading L.L.C through evolutionfires.ae.

By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any policies referenced on our website, including our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Warranty Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you should not use the website or place an order.

2. About Evolution Fires

This website is owned and operated by Evolution Fires Furniture Trading L.L.C, a company registered with the Dubai Economy and Tourism under licence number 1353638.

Our registered address is Office 104-178, Sarah Building owned by Khalid Shaban, Al Garhoud, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We sell electric fireplaces, fireplace suites, media wall fires and related products online in the UAE.

3. Products and Online Sales

Products are sold through our online store. We currently do not have a showroom open to visitors in the UAE.

Product images, videos, dimensions, colours and descriptions are provided to help customers choose suitable products. We try to display information accurately, but colours, finishes and flame effects may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting and room conditions.

Before placing an order, customers should check product dimensions, access requirements, installation requirements and suitability for their intended space.

4. Prices, VAT and Payment

Prices are shown in AED. Evolution Fires Furniture Trading L.L.C is registered for UAE VAT and VAT will be charged where applicable in accordance with UAE law. Our Tax Registration Number is 104478849300003.

Payment methods shown at checkout may include card payment and cash on delivery, depending on availability. Orders are supplied only after the applicable payment has been received or accepted.

Where cash on delivery is available, the customer must pay the exact order amount on delivery and may be required to provide valid identification or sign for receipt of the order.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

All orders placed through the website are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance, payment checks, product availability and our right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch.

Your order is considered accepted when it has been dispatched or confirmed by us in writing.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or product information error, if payment is not completed, if required information is not provided, or if delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch and payment has been taken, a refund will normally be processed to the original payment method. If a customer cancels after dispatch, the Returns & Refunds Policy may apply.

6. Delivery and Access Requirements

We currently deliver within the UAE only. Eligible products may include free UAE delivery as shown on the website.

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery timing depends on the product purchased and current availability:

• Media Wall Fires and Wall Mounted Fires: normally 2 to 3 days.
• Electric Suites and Pre-Built Media Walls: normally around 2 weeks.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by product availability, delivery location, courier scheduling, access restrictions and circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address, email address and contact number, and for making sure there is suitable access for delivery, including parking, building entry, lifts, stairs, doorways and any community or building restrictions.

7. No Installation or Assembly Services

We do not offer installation, assembly, wall mounting, electrical work, joinery or media wall construction services at this time.

We can provide product guidance, sizing advice and general installation information, but customers are responsible for arranging suitable third-party installation where required.

Do not book installers, electricians, joiners, decorators or contractors until your order has been delivered, checked, and confirmed as complete and undamaged. We are not responsible for third-party labour costs, missed appointments, project delays or contractor charges where work has been booked before the product has been checked.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Change-of-mind return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return to be accepted, the product must be unused, uninstalled, complete, returned in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns once a product has been installed, used, modified, wired, assembled, damaged after delivery, returned incomplete, or removed from original packaging in a way that affects resale value.

For accepted change-of-mind returns, an AED 400 return charge may be deducted from the refund to cover original delivery and return collection costs. This charge does not apply where the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on delivery or incorrectly supplied by us.

9. Warranty

Our electric fires include a 5 Year Electric Fire Warranty, subject to the terms of our Warranty Policy.

The 5 year warranty applies to electric fire components only. It does not apply to woodwork, cabinetry, joinery, media wall construction, installation work, glass, fuel bed items or decorative materials.

Valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

Any repaired or replaced product or component will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period. The warranty period will not restart or be extended following a repair or replacement.

10. Product Safety and Customer Responsibility

Customers must read and follow the product manual, safety instructions and installation guidance supplied with the product.

Electric fires should be checked before installation and used only in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Customers must not block ventilation openings, cover heaters, use products outdoors unless specifically approved, or modify electrical components.

Do not remove the moulded plug from the appliance. Removing the plug may invalidate the warranty.

We will create a dedicated User Manuals and Product Safety page after the main policies are completed.

11. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, video, logos, designs, product information and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Evolution Fires Furniture Trading L.L.C unless stated otherwise.

You may use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, misuse or exploit website content without our prior written consent.

You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security features, submit false information or use the website for unlawful purposes.

12. Accuracy, Availability and Errors

We try to keep product information, pricing, availability and website content accurate and up to date, but errors, omissions or inaccuracies may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing, change availability, refuse orders or cancel orders where information on the website is incorrect, including after an order has been placed.

We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, service or product range at any time, subject to applicable law.

13. Liability and Events Outside Our Control

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, project delay, third-party labour charges or contractor costs, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform where caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, supplier delays, weather, customs or regulatory issues, labour disruption, operational disruption, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.

14. Privacy and Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, accuracy or practices of third-party websites.

15. Governing Law and Dubai Courts

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the parties agree to refer the dispute to the courts of Dubai, subject to any rights or rules that cannot legally be excluded.
