C.    This Website is operated by RJC INTERNATIONAL FURNITURE TRADING CO. L.L.C (the “Company”), a company registered with the Dubai Economy and Tourism under license number 1353638, whose registered office is at Al Qusais Industrial Third, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.


D.    The Company specializes in decoration materials, partitions, and home furniture trading.


E.    When we collect, use and process Personal Data, we are primarily subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). We are also subject to other data protection laws and regulations such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) in relation to Personal Data we collect, use and process for EU citizens and users located in the EU. We are responsible as what is described as a ‘controller’ of that Personal Data for the purposes of those laws and regulations.

1.    Definitions and interpretations


1.1    Words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
