Warranty Policy
5 Year Electric Fire Warranty for added peace of mind.
This policy explains what is covered, what is excluded, and how to make a warranty claim for an Evolution Fires electric fire purchased from us or an authorised stockist.
5 Year Electric Fire Warranty
Your electric fire is protected by a 5 year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to the electric fire components only. It does not apply to woodwork, cabinetry, media wall construction, installation work, glass, fuel bed items or decorative materials.
What the warranty covers
Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, Evolution Fires Furniture Trading L.L.C may repair or replace the faulty electric fire component at our discretion.
The warranty may cover defects in the following electric fire components where the fault has occurred under normal use and in accordance with the product instructions:
- Lights and flame effect components
- Heater element
- Main board
- Circuit board
- Flame rod and motor
What the warranty does not cover
The 5 year warranty is for the electric fire only. It does not cover:
- Woodwork, cabinetry, joinery or media wall construction
- Installation work, third-party labour or contractor costs
- Glass panels
- Fuel bed items, including logs, crystals, slate or decorative media
- Normal wear and tear, including items that may wear out over time such as fuses or batteries
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, careless operation or tampering
- Damage caused by faulty installation or failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions
- Damage caused by blocked vents, insufficient clearance or poor ventilation
- Damage from external sources, including transit damage, weather, electrical outages, power surges, fire, flood, storms or events outside our control
- Unauthorised repairs, adjustments or modifications carried out by a third party
- Servicing, cleaning, maintenance or self-maintenance tasks
- Use of the product outside the user manual or with non-genuine parts and accessories
Before installation
Please inspect your product carefully when it arrives and check that the electric fire is working before installation.
We will not be responsible for third-party installation costs, joinery costs, contractor fees or removal costs where a product has been installed before being checked.
Important conditions
Do not remove the moulded plug from the electric fire. Removing the plug may invalidate your warranty.
The product must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, with suitable clearance around ventilation and heater outlets.
How to make a warranty claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team as soon as the issue is discovered.
Please include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Your full name, contact number and delivery address
- The product model
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the fault
- Installation photos where relevant

Repairs, replacements and assessment
All warranty claims are subject to assessment. We reserve the right to reject a claim or charge for repair or replacement where the issue has been caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, failure to follow instructions or circumstances outside our control.
If a repair or replacement is accepted, any repaired or replaced product or component will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period. The warranty period will not restart or be extended following a repair or replacement.
If a component or product is replaced, the removed component or product may become the property of Evolution Fires Furniture Trading L.L.C.
We will not reimburse the cost of work carried out by any third party unless we have approved that work in writing before it is carried out.
Safety and usage guidance
Electric fires should be used carefully and in accordance with the user manual. Please follow these important safety points:
- Indoor use only. Do not use outdoors or in areas exposed to moisture.
- Do not cover the heater or block air intakes or outlets.
- Keep combustible materials away from the heater outlet.
- Do not use an extension lead unless specifically approved for the appliance and load.
- Unplug the appliance when not in use for long periods.
- Children should be supervised and should not play with the appliance.
Your UAE consumer rights
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable UAE consumer protection laws. Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
